“The Laramie Project”: Ten Years Later will first show at Laramie County Community College on Nov. 9. The play is an epilogue to “The Laramie Project”. The play is about analyzing the murder of Matthew Shepard, who was an openly gay student and was killed because of his sexual orientation. The Laramie project: Ten Years Later is about the long term effect of the murder. The University of Wyoming Theatre became the playwrights’ home base for the writing. With the use of Facebook, Moises Kaufman, a playwright director and known for The Laramie Project, will be video conferencing in on Oct. 24 at 7 p.m. in the play house. This invitation is for anyone who would like to attend. The goal is to talk about the play and give the cast a chance to hear from one of America’s foremost directors.
