Laramie County Community College hosted its annual Flag Raising Ceremony this morning at 8:15 a.m. outside of the Administration Building. Kevin Yarbrough, Program Assistant/Interpreter, Disability Support Services and James Miller, Interim Dean of Student Life were guest speakers. Chief Master Sergeant, Exie Brown from the WY Air Guard performed the National Anthem. Rosa Lomonaco presented the flag and the meaning behind the stars and stripes as well as what each folding of the flag represents. Chris Runnells (right) and Richard Davis raised the flag.
