The Giving Tree program brings good tidings to children of LCCC students

The Giving Tree is an organization that helps children of LCCC students receive gifts from the campus community and citizens of Cheyenne.

The deadline for students to sign their children up is Friday, Dec. 8

There are a total of 59 stars signed for the program but unfortunately 24 stars have been claimed for a sponsorship, which leaves 35 stars on The Giving Tree left unclaimed.

If anyone would like to sponsor a child and spread holiday spirit to a child of an LCCC student you can pick up a star from the Community College Center room 110. Zeke Sorenson and Natalie Burgess will be available to assist.

About Sierra Hennelly (17 Articles)
I have lived in Cheyenne for more than 10 years. I have been fascinated by art and design since my time in Henderson Elementary School. When I entered into high school, I began getting into media. I’ve worked on computer graphics in CorelDraw and digital art on Photoshop. I started going to Laramie County Community College in June 2015 in the same week as graduating from East High School. My interests are usually about animation, video games and I would like to become a graphic designer in the future.
