Counseling and Campus Wellness will be holding a special event 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Oct. 18, 2018 in Room FA 149, to help students improve their wellness both mentally and physically to help them find more success academically.
There will be three stations for students; mental wellness, nutrition tips and a Pilate’s demo. Students who participate will have a chance to win prizes, including a free yoga class.
This will be the 4th event this semester. Students who have attended provided great feedback.
