Students can receive jobs by on campus career fair

If you are looking for a job or even a lifelong career, then the Laramie County Community College Career Fair was the place to be on Tuesday, April 23.

The Career Fair was held in the Multipurpose room in the Recreation and Athletics Complex with around 90 employers in attendance.

The event was co-sponsored by the Wyoming Department of Workforce Services, Cheyenne Workforce Center, LCCC Career Services and the National Guard Employment Support Program.

Employers from Cheyenne and all over the state were at the college representing industries including  retail positions,construction and mining.

A representative for Reiman Corp. said the company was looking to hire as many laborers, finishers, carpenters, and form setters as possible. Some of the other employers attending were representatives of Walmart, Smithfield and Express Temp Services.
